Lucky Plants is working toward a website and customer experience that conform substantially with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and we review the site as content and services change.
Measures we take
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive link text.
- Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, browser zoom, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images, clear form instructions, validation messages, and visible submission status.
- Use color contrast and text cues so information is not communicated through color alone.
- Offer phone and email alternatives for order requests, photo sharing, plant-plan payment, and customer support.
Forms, photos, and payment
The website’s order and plant-plan forms are designed for keyboard and screen-reader use and provide a status while a request or photograph is being processed. Secure card checkout is provided by a third-party payment service, so some aspects of that page are outside our direct control.
If uploading a photograph, completing checkout, or using another third-party step creates a barrier, contact us. We will work with you on a reasonable way to provide the information, submit the photos, or complete payment without losing the advertised service or credit.
